Returns (defective watches only):
- You have 30 days from purchase to return a defective watch for a full refund.
- Watch must be unused and in original packaging.
- Contact us for return instructions and address.
- We’ll inspect the watch and issue a full refund within 5-7 business days if approved.

Exchanges (our mistake only):
We’ll only exchange watches if they’re defective or damaged. Contact us for details.
